In the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great classicist and pioneer of Slovenian film, France Štiglic, we invite you to the premiere screening of the digitally restored working version of the movie Tistega lepega dne (On that beautiful day) from 1962.

Twice a widower, Mr. Stefuc wants to marry the third sister from the same family. He stubbornly insists that the girl belongs to him and his four children. In doing so, he has a serious fight with the girl’s mother, the pastor and other villagers.

Free tickets can be obtained from Monday, November 4th, 2019 at the box office of the Prešeren Theater (Glavni trg 6, 4000 Kranj). The box office is open every working day between 10am and 12 noon, Saturdays between 9am and 1pm and the hour before the show starts.
